Houston Educational Counseling Group, LLC is a licensed and accredited provider of student support services operating across the greater Houston metropolitan area. The following School Counselor services are included in this Quotation Estimate for implementation at Westfield Academy, located in the United States Houston school district. All services will be delivered in compliance with the Texas Education Code, Section 21.001, and the standards set forth by the American School Counselor Association (ASCA).

The School Counselor assigned to this engagement will hold a Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field, a valid Texas School Counselor License (TEA), and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in K–12 educational settings within the United States Houston area. The counselor will maintain current certification in crisis intervention, suicide prevention (QPR), and culturally responsive counseling practices appropriate for the diverse demographic of Houston schools.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the School Counselor may be subject to revision.
Payment terms: 50% of the total estimated cost is due upon contract execution; the remaining 50% shall be paid in equal monthly installments over the nine-month service period. All payments are due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date.
All services described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed at the client's facility in United States Houston or at mutually agreed-upon locations within the Houston metropolitan area.
Confidentiality: All student records and counseling notes will be maintained in strict accordance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) and Texas state privacy statutes. No student information will be disclosed without written parental or guardian consent, except in cases of imminent danger as permitted by law.
Cancellation: Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be responsible for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Liability: Houston Educational Counseling Group, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of School Counselor services. Total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with jurisdiction in the Harris County District Courts, United States Houston.
Insurance: The provider maintains professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the service period in the United States Houston region.
