4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability for the School Counselor position must be reconfirmed in writing.
- The School Counselor engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid California Professional Educator License (PST or CTE) issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) and must maintain compliance with all San Francisco Unified School District personnel policies.
- All School Counselor services will be delivered in accordance with the California Education Code, Section 56500 et seq., and the San Francisco Unified School District's Student Services Policy Manual, 2024 Edition.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices will be issued monthly. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under California Commercial Code Section 2210(d).
- Confidentiality: All student records and counseling session notes shall be maintained in strict compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and California Education Code Section 49068. The School Counselor shall sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing services.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by an authorized representative of the San Francisco Unified School District and a formal service agreement is executed.
- Any modifications to the scope of School Counselor services beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order approved by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in the Superior Court of San Francisco County, United States.
5. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION
By signing below, the authorized representative of the San Francisco Unified School District acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the School Counselor services described. This acceptance does not obligate Golden Gate Educational Consulting LLC to commence services until a formal contract is executed.
