3. Delivery Timeline and Milestones

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first six months, and 30% upon final acceptance of the end-of-year report.
All payments shall be made in Uzbek Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the account designated by EduWell Counseling & Development LLP.
The School Counselor is bound by strict confidentiality protocols in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data Protection (2019) and relevant Ministry of Education directives.
Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment will be applied to the remaining balance.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-mandated school closures in Uzbekistan Tashkent, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a maximum of sixty (60) days.
All intellectual property, session notes, and student records generated during the engagement remain the property of the Tashkent City Education Department.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the School Counselor in Uzbekistan Tashkent. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding preliminary agreement pending execution of the full service contract.
