The proposed School Counselor will be a fully registered professional with the Zimbabwe Counselling Association (ZICA) and hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counselling Psychology or a related discipline, supplemented by a minimum of five (5) years of experience in educational settings. The School Counselor will operate across a minimum of twelve (12) schools in the Harare East, Harare West, and Harare North districts within Zimbabwe Harare.
The core services include:
- Individual one-on-one counselling sessions for learners aged 10 to 19 years, addressing issues such as academic stress, family disruption, bullying, substance abuse, and emotional well-being.
- Group counselling and psycho-educational workshops conducted bi-weekly in each assigned school, focusing on resilience building, conflict resolution, and healthy relationship development.
- Teacher and parent training sessions (quarterly) on identifying early warning signs of psychological distress in children and adolescents within the Zimbabwe Harare school environment.

This Quotation Estimate is structured on a monthly payment basis. The client shall remit payment within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the monthly invoice. A 5% late payment penalty shall apply to any outstanding balance exceeding the stipulated payment window. An initial mobilization payment of 20% of the total Quotation Estimate value is required upon contract signature to facilitate the onboarding of the School Counselor and the procurement of necessary counselling materials and resources.
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to inflationary adjustments in the Zimbabwe Harare economic environment.
5.2. The School Counselor shall adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Zimbabwe Counselling Association and the Zimbabwean Child Protection Act (Chapter 7:05). All client information shall be treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act of Zimbabwe (2021).
5.3. The contract period is twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice.
5.4. Harare Educational Support Services (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for outcomes beyond the professional scope of the School Counselor's duties. In cases requiring psychiatric referral, the School Counselor shall coordinate with the Harare Psychiatric Hospital or relevant specialist facilities.
5.5. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Zimbabwe.
5.6. The School Counselor shall not be engaged in any capacity other than that described herein without prior written consent from both parties.
