The Social Worker assigned to this engagement holds a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) and a Master of Social Work from a recognised Australian university. They are a full member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and hold a current Queensland Health Practitioner Registration. The Social Worker has a minimum of eight years of post-qualification experience delivering community-based interventions in the Australia Brisbane region, with specialisations in family support, mental health, and NDIS coordination. All professional indemnity insurance and public liability coverage are maintained in accordance with Queensland legislation.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Australia Brisbane.
5.2 Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining balance to be invoiced monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date.
5.3 The Social Worker is bound by strict confidentiality obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Queensland Privacy Act 1970. All client records will be stored in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
5.4 Cancellation policy: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the standard rate. Crisis intervention services cannot be cancelled once the Social Worker has been dispatched.
5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and returned by both parties. The engagement will be governed by a separate Service Agreement incorporating the terms outlined herein.
5.6 All services will be delivered in accordance with the AASW Code of Ethics and the National Practice Standards for the Social Work Profession in Australia.
