• Payment is due within 14 calendar days of the date of each monthly invoice.
• A 20% deposit of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required upon acceptance to secure the Social Worker's availability.
• Payment may be made via bank transfer (BSB: 062-000, Account: 1234-5678), EFTPOS, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
• Late payments will incur a 2% monthly interest charge in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Rates are subject to review in line with AASW fee guidelines and NSW Health funding schedules.
• Cancellation of a scheduled session must be provided with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice; otherwise, a 50% session fee will apply.
