1. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal proposal for the engagement of Social Worker professional services and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement in writing.
2. The Social Worker assigned to this project will operate under the direct supervision of Horizonte Social Services Ltda. and will comply with all ethical guidelines established by the Federal Council of Social Service (CFESS) and the Regional Council of Social Service of Rio de Janeiro (CRESS-RJ).
3. Payment terms: 50% of the monthly fee shall be due on the 5th business day of each month, and the remaining 50% on the 20th business day. The initial mobilization fee of 10% of the total contract value is due upon contract signing.
4. The client organization shall provide all necessary access to facilities, records, and community contacts within the service area in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to enable the Social Worker to perform duties effectively.
5. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval by both parties before execution.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any disputes arising from the services described herein shall be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
