This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client organization will provide a dedicated, private workspace at the Canada Montreal service location, including access to secure file storage, a telephone line, and internet connectivity. Travel time between the agency office and the service site within Canada Montreal is included in the hourly rates. However, any travel outside the City of Montreal municipal boundaries (e.g., to Laval, Longueuil, or the South Shore) will be billed at an additional rate of $15.00 per kilometre.

Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or certified cheque. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance exceeding the due date. The client may request a detailed itemized invoice upon request.
The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate is bound by the Code of Ethics of the OTSTTSQ and the Privacy Act of Canada. All client information collected during the provision of services in Canada Montreal will be stored in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the digital age) and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, except where mandated by law. The agency maintains full professional liability insurance with a coverage limit of $5,000,000 CAD.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and the Social Worker's availability.
- The scope of services may be adjusted by mutual written agreement between both parties. Any material change in scope will result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be responsible for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Montreal before proceeding to litigation.
