1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Beijing Community Care & Social Services Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial projection for the engagement of a qualified Social Worker to deliver community-based social services within the China Beijing metropolitan area. This document outlines the scope of professional services, associated costs, payment schedules, and contractual terms governing the provision of social work support. 2. Scope of Social Worker ServicesThe Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services tailored to the needs of the client organization and the broader community in China Beijing:
- Conducting individual and family assessments for vulnerable populations residing in the assigned Beijing district.
- Developing and implementing personalized intervention plans in compliance with the Social Work Law of the People's Republic of China (effective January 1, 2017).

- Coordinating with local government departments, including the Civil Affairs Bureau of Beijing Municipality, to ensure seamless referral pathways and resource allocation.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments via bank transfer to the designated account of Beijing Community Care & Social Services Ltd. The first installment is due within fifteen (15) business days of contract execution. Subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each quarter. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated under applicable China Beijing commercial regulations. All invoices shall reference the Quotation Estimate number QTE-BJ-2025-0472 for reconciliation purposes.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a definitive service agreement.
- The Social Worker assigned to this engagement must hold a valid National Social Worker Professional Qualification Certificate (Level 1 or above) issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
- All services shall be delivered in strict compliance with the Social Work Law of the PRC, the Civil Code of the PRC, and all applicable local regulations in China Beijing.
- Client confidentiality and data protection shall be maintained in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the PRC.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total shall be applied.
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional Social Worker personnel, or extended coverage areas within China Beijing shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by the service provider.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in accordance with its rules.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes but represents a good-faith financial projection based on current market rates for Social Worker services in the China Beijing region as of June 2025.
