The Social Worker will be stationed at the designated community service center in Tianhe District, China Guangzhou, and will operate under the supervision of the Guangzhou Municipal Community Development Bureau.
The scope of duties for the Social Worker includes, but is not limited to: conducting individual and family assessments; developing and implementing personalized intervention plans; facilitating community support groups for elderly residents, single-parent families, and individuals with disabilities; coordinating with local government agencies, hospitals, and educational institutions across China Guangzhou; maintaining confidential case files in compliance with national data protection regulations; and preparing monthly progress reports for the supervising authority.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments. The first installment of CNY 98,175.00 (25%) is due within fifteen (15) business days of the formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Subsequent quarterly payments of CNY 98,175.00 each shall be due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October of the contract year. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account designated by Guangzhou Social Services Consultancy Co., Ltd. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Social Worker engaged under this arrangement shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including the Social Work Promotion Law and local ordinances of Guangdong Province and Guangzhou Municipality.
- All client information handled by the Social Worker shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC. No data shall be transferred outside of China Guangzhou without written authorization.
- The client reserves the right to request a replacement Social Worker with equivalent qualifications at no additional cost, subject to a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice.
- Any changes to the scope of services must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before implementation.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The final service agreement shall be executed separately within ten (10) business days of acceptance.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation under the auspices of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission before any litigation is pursued.
- All work products, case files, and reports generated during the engagement shall remain the property of the Guangzhou Municipal Community Development Bureau upon completion of the contract term.
