The Social Worker proposed under this Quotation Estimate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, possess a valid Level 2 Social Worker Professional Qualification Certificate, and demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of direct practice experience in community-based social services within China Shanghai or an equivalent metropolitan context.
