1. Scope of Services – Social Worker Engagement in Egypt Cairo

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Cairo Social Services & Community Development Co. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the deployment and management of a qualified Social Worker to support the Al-Nile Community Health & Welfare Foundation in the Greater Egypt Cairo metropolitan area. The Social Worker will be engaged on a full-time basis for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 September 2025, to deliver community-based social work interventions, case management, family counseling, and vulnerable population support across multiple districts of Egypt Cairo, including Maadi, Dokki, Nasr City, and Shubra El-Kheima.

The Social Worker assigned to this engagement holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Cairo University's Faculty of Social Work and Social Welfare, possesses a valid professional license issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Social Solidarity, and has a minimum of five (5) years of field experience in urban community development within Egypt Cairo. The Social Worker will operate under the direct supervision of the Foundation's Program Director while adhering to the ethical code of practice established by the Egyptian Social Work Association.

3. Payment Terms and Schedule

This Quotation Estimate stipulates that payment for the Social Worker engagement shall be made in quarterly installments, with each installment due within fifteen (15) business days of the invoice date. The payment schedule is as follows:

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Cairo Social Services & Community Development Co. at National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Main Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3376-001. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Egyptian commercial law.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Egypt Cairo.
The Social Worker shall comply with all applicable Egyptian labor laws, the Social Solidarity Law No. 19 of 2019, and the professional ethical standards of the Egyptian Social Work Association.
The Social Worker shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with Egyptian data protection regulations and the Foundation's internal privacy policies.
Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the Social Worker's salary and accrued benefits shall be paid pro-rata up to the termination date.
The Social Worker shall be available for a minimum of 45 working hours per week, Monday through Friday, with the option of Saturday morning availability for emergency community interventions in Egypt Cairo.
All deliverables, including case reports, counseling session summaries, and community assessment documents, shall be submitted in both Arabic and English to accommodate the Foundation's reporting requirements to international donors.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein serve as a preliminary financial and operational framework.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with Egyptian civil and commercial law.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Social Worker services to be delivered in Egypt Cairo.
