The Social Worker will be deployed for a period of six (6) months, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 31 December 2025, unless extended by mutual written agreement. Services will be delivered primarily at the client's designated location within France Paris, with a minimum of 35 hours per week of active Social Worker engagement. The Social Worker will maintain a dedicated office presence at the Cabinet Social & Bien-Être Paris premises in the 11th arrondissement for administrative tasks, file management, and inter-agency coordination.
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account of Cabinet Social & Bien-Être Paris. Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will apply to outstanding balances in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10). No advance payment is required; however, the client agrees to settle the first invoice within the stipulated period to confirm acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in France Paris.
- The Social Worker is bound by strict professional confidentiality (secret professionnel) as mandated by French law. All client data will be stored securely and processed in full compliance with GDPR and the CNIL regulations.
