- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the Social Worker.
- All rates specified in this document are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. The applicable VAT rate in Germany is 19% for social services as of the date of this Quotation Estimate.
- The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate is bound by strict professional confidentiality as defined under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) and the professional code of ethics of the German Association for Social Work (Deutscher Verein für öffentliche und private Fürsorge – DV).
- Payment terms: 50% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) days of the completion of all services rendered in Germany Munich.
- Any additional services beyond the scope described in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and supplementary cost estimate.
