The Social Worker services described in this Quotation Estimate are designed to address the growing demand for structured psychosocial support, family counselling, child welfare interventions, and community rehabilitation programmes across the urban and peri-urban districts of Ghana Accra. Our firm has been operating in Ghana Accra since 2012 and maintains a roster of licensed and certified Social Worker professionals registered with the Ghana Social Work Association (GSWA).
The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following services to the client organisation across designated communities in Ghana Accra, including but not limited to the Adenta, Madina, Dansoman, and Nungua districts:
- Conducting individual and group psychosocial assessments for vulnerable families and at-risk youth in Ghana Accra.
- Delivering structured family counselling and conflict mediation sessions (minimum 40 sessions per month).
- Implementing child protection and safeguarding interventions in coordination with the Ghana Social Welfare Department, Accra Regional Office.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, subject to satisfactory delivery of the Social Worker services in Ghana Accra:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due within 14 calendar days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the commencement of the Social Worker engagement in Ghana Accra.
- Monthly Progress Payments: 6.5% of the total contract value, payable within 21 days of submission and approval of the monthly progress report by the client.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance shall be due within 30 days of project completion and submission of the final comprehensive report.
All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account of Accra Community Care & Social Services Ltd., Ecobank Ghana, Account No. 0012-3456-7890, Branch: Osu, Ghana Accra.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision due to market conditions in Ghana Accra.
5.2 The Social Worker and Assistant Social Worker assigned to this engagement shall be fully licensed, insured, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements set by the Ghana Social Work Association and the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Ghana Accra Regional Directorate.
5.3 The client agrees to provide a suitable working space, access to community venues, and necessary logistical support within Ghana Accra to facilitate the delivery of the Social Worker services as described herein.
5.4 Any changes to the scope of work, additional Social Worker personnel, or extension of the service period beyond the twelve-month term outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a formal written amendment signed by both parties.
5.5 All client data, case records, and beneficiary information collected by the Social Worker during operations in Ghana Accra shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
5.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to resolve, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 2005 (Act 698) in Ghana Accra.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The engagement of the Social Worker in Ghana Accra is contingent upon the client's written acceptance of all terms, conditions, and financial provisions set forth in this document.By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and financial provisions set out in this Quotation Estimate for the Social Worker services to be delivered in Ghana Accra.
