The Social Worker will be stationed at the client's premises in India Bangalore and will report directly to the Trust's Programme Director.

The primary responsibilities of the Social Worker under this engagement include but are not limited to: conducting household surveys and needs assessments in the Koramangala and HSR Layout areas of India Bangalore; facilitating group counselling sessions for vulnerable families; coordinating with the Karnataka State Social Welfare Department and local municipal authorities in India Bangalore; preparing monthly impact reports; organising community awareness workshops; and maintaining case files in compliance with the Karnataka Social Work Act.

• A mobilisation advance of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be payable upon signing of the service agreement.

• Any delay in payment beyond 30 days shall attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
• The Social Worker shall adhere to the code of conduct prescribed by the Karnataka Social Work Council and the client's internal policies.
• Confidentiality of all beneficiary data collected by the Social Worker in India Bangalore shall be maintained in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In such cases, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the termination date.
