This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the client's requirement for the engagement of a qualified and experienced Social Worker to deliver comprehensive community welfare, case management, and psychosocial support services within the metropolitan area of India New Delhi. The Social Worker shall operate in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, and shall adhere to the professional code of conduct established by the Indian Association of Social Workers (IASW).

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in India New Delhi.
- The Social Worker engaged under this estimate shall be a registered professional with the Indian Association of Social Workers and shall hold a minimum of a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a UGC-recognized university in India.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% shall be payable in monthly installments within fifteen (15) days of the submission of the monthly progress report.
- The Social Worker shall maintain strict confidentiality of all beneficiary data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection regulations in India.
- All services shall be rendered within the geographical boundaries of India New Delhi, including the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. Any engagement outside this area shall be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate.
- The client reserves the right to review the performance of the Social Worker on a quarterly basis. Unsatisfactory performance, as determined by the client, may lead to termination of the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India.
- The Social Worker shall comply with all applicable laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, while operating in India New Delhi.
- Taxes and duties as mentioned in this Quotation Estimate are subject to change as per the prevailing tax regulations of the Government of India.
