The following Quotation Estimate covers the full spectrum of professional Social Worker services to be delivered in Israel Tel Aviv over a twelve-month engagement period. All services will be conducted in accordance with the Israeli Social Welfare Law (5727-1967), the National Insurance Law, and the professional code of ethics established by the Israel Association of Social Workers. The assigned Social Worker will hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized Israeli university and will possess a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability in Israel Tel Aviv.
• All Social Worker services will be performed by licensed professionals registered with the Israeli Social Workers' Association. The client is entitled to request a replacement of the assigned Social Worker with reasonable notice (minimum 14 days).
• Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, with the remaining 70% invoiced monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to our Tel Aviv office account.
• Confidentiality: All client data and case records handled by the Social Worker are protected under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981). No information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except where mandated by law.
• Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the termination date will apply.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Israel Tel Aviv region.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Tel Aviv, Israel, in accordance with the Israeli Mediation Law. If mediation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
• All rates quoted are in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and are inclusive of the Social Worker's professional fees, travel within the Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality, and standard administrative costs. Travel to locations outside the Tel Aviv metropolitan area will be billed separately at 15 ILS per kilometer.

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the scope of Social Worker services to be provided in Israel Tel Aviv and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Upon acceptance, a formal service agreement will be drafted and executed within five (5) business days.
