- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by the service provider.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of Service Item 03, and the remaining 20% upon delivery of the Final Report (Service Item 06). All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified on the formal invoice.
- The Social Worker is bound by strict professional confidentiality in accordance with Italian Law No. 196/2003 (Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali) and the GDPR (EU) 2016/679. No client information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except where mandated by Italian law.
- All services are to be performed within the administrative boundaries of the Comune di Roma and the Lazio region. Any intervention required outside this geographic scope in Italy Rome or its metropolitan area will be subject to a supplementary quotation.
- The client reserves the right to request a change of the assigned Social Worker at any time, provided that a reasonable 7-day notice is given. No additional fee shall apply for a single substitution.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures affecting social service operations in Rome, shall suspend the service timeline without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Rome, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil law.
- This document constitutes a non-binding Quotation Estimate until formally accepted in writing by both parties. A separate Service Agreement (Contratto di Prestazione di Servizi) will be executed upon acceptance.
