1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kyoto Social Services Consultancy Co., Ltd. to formally propose the engagement of a qualified Social Worker to deliver comprehensive community-based social welfare services within the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area. The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid Japanese Social Worker qualification (Shakai Hoken Shigoto-sha) and possess a minimum of five years of documented experience in community welfare practice within Japan. 3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Social Worker must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in quarterly instalments of JPY 1,659,900 (tax inclusive), due within twenty-one (21) days of each invoice date. The first payment is due upon contract execution.
- Service Commencement: The Social Worker shall commence duties no later than five (5) business days following written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by the client.
- Confidentiality: All client records, case files, and personal data handled by the Social Worker in Japan Kyoto shall be protected in strict accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the remaining Quotation Estimate balance will be applied.
- Liability: The Social Worker and Kyoto Social Services Consultancy Co., Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of JPY 100,000,000 throughout the contract period.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court, Japan.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, as commonly experienced in the Japan Kyoto region.
4. Acceptance and Authorisation
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Social Worker in Japan Kyoto. This document constitutes a binding proposal upon countersignature by both parties.
