All Social Worker positions referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be filled and operational within 60 calendar days of contract execution. The initial deployment phase will prioritise the Japan Osaka wards of Kita-ku, Chuo-ku, and Nishi-ku, where demand for community-based social work services has increased by 18% over the past fiscal year. A phased rollout schedule will be provided as an annex to the final contract, ensuring that each Social Worker is assigned to a specific service area with defined caseloads and reporting structures.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for Social Worker engagement and associated services are subject to revision based on prevailing wage standards in Japan Osaka and national cost-of-living adjustments.
- Payment terms: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first quarter of Social Worker service delivery, and 30% upon successful completion of the full annual contract period. All payments shall be made in Japanese Yen via bank transfer to the account specified by Osaka Community Care Solutions Co., Ltd.
- The Social Worker personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are employees of Osaka Community Care Solutions Co., Ltd. and not agents or representatives of the client. The client retains the right to request reassignment of any Social Worker who fails to meet performance benchmarks outlined in the service level agreement.
- Confidentiality: All Social Worker staff shall adhere to the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Japan and the specific data-handling protocols of the Osaka City Government. Client records generated during Social Worker practice in Japan Osaka shall be stored on encrypted municipal servers and shall not be transferred outside the jurisdiction without written authorisation.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of Social Worker service costs already rendered shall be calculated and invoiced.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation under the Osaka District Court mediation procedures before proceeding to litigation.
