The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services across the Kazakhstan Almaty region:

• Developing and implementing personalized social intervention plans in coordination with local municipal authorities in Kazakhstan Almaty.
• Providing crisis intervention and emergency social support services for at-risk individuals and families within a 24-hour response window.
• Facilitating group counseling sessions and community awareness workshops on social welfare rights under Kazakhstani legislation.
• Maintaining detailed case management records and submitting monthly progress reports to the Almaty City Social Protection Department.
• Coordinating with healthcare providers, educational institutions, and law enforcement agencies across Kazakhstan Almaty to ensure holistic support for beneficiaries.
• Participating in inter-agency meetings and policy review sessions organized by the Almaty municipal government.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, subject to satisfactory delivery of the Social Worker services as defined in Section 3:

1. Advance Payment (30%): KZT 5,021,856 – due within 10 business days of contract execution and prior to the commencement of services in Kazakhstan Almaty.
2. Interim Payment (40%): KZT 6,695,808 – due upon completion of the third month of service delivery, subject to submission of the quarterly progress report.
3. Final Payment (30%): KZT 5,021,856 – due within 15 business days of the final service report and acceptance by the Almaty City Social Protection Department.

All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Professional Social Services LLP at Kaspi Bank, Almaty branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
2. The Social Worker assigned to this engagement shall hold a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan and shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in community social work.
3. All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Social Protection of the Population" and applicable municipal regulations governing social services in Almaty.
4. Confidentiality of all beneficiary data shall be maintained in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection." No client information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
5. Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination as itemized in this Quotation Estimate.
6. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through the competent courts of Almaty City, Kazakhstan.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal service agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Social Worker activities in Kazakhstan Almaty.
