3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Social Worker reserves the right to revise fees to reflect current market rates in Kenya Nairobi.

3.2 Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost shall be due upon acceptance of this quotation as a deposit. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable upon completion of all services and delivery of the final case report.

3.3 All payments shall be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via bank transfer to the account details provided by the Social Worker, or by certified cheque payable to the registered professional name.

3.4 The Social Worker shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya and the professional code of ethics of the Social Work Council of Kenya. No client information shall be disclosed without written consent, except where mandated by Kenyan law.

3.5 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost estimate agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.

3.6 The Social Worker shall comply with all applicable regulations of the County Government of Nairobi, the National Council for Children's Services, and any relevant statutory bodies operating within Kenya Nairobi.

3.7 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to public health emergencies, civil unrest, or government-mandated restrictions affecting service delivery in Nairobi, the Social Worker shall notify the client in writing within 48 hours, and the timeline of this engagement shall be adjusted accordingly without penalty to either party.

The Social Worker providing services under this Quotation Estimate holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from a recognised Kenyan university, is a registered member of the Social Work Council of Kenya (Registration No. SWC/2025/XXXX), and carries a minimum of five (5) years of practising experience in community-based social work, child protection, family counselling, and mental health support within the Kenya Nairobi region. Professional indemnity insurance is maintained at a minimum cover of KES 5,000,000 per claim.
