This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nahda Social Services & Community Development LLC to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Social Worker to deliver professional social welfare, case management, and community intervention services within the metropolitan area of Kuwait, Kuwait City. The Social Worker will operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Affairs and will be stationed at the designated community rehabilitation centre in Kuwait City for the duration of the contract period.
The Social Worker shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, possess a valid professional licence issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Social Affairs, and demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in family welfare, child protection, elderly care, and community-based rehabilitation programmes. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and proficiency in English is strongly preferred given the multicultural demographic of Kuwait City.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of qualified Social Worker professionals in Kuwait City.
- All prices quoted in this document are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and are inclusive of all professional fees for the Social Worker, supervisory staff, and associated administrative costs. VAT at the prevailing rate of 5% is applied as per the Kuwaiti Tax Authority regulations.
- The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable Kuwaiti labour laws, the Social Affairs Law (Law No. 4 of 1980, as amended), and the professional code of ethics established by the Kuwaiti Social Work Association.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 60% payable in equal monthly instalments, and the remaining 10% upon successful completion of the final deliverable and submission of the closing report to the Ministry of Social Affairs in Kuwait City.
- Any changes to the scope of services, extension of the contract period, or additional Social Worker personnel requirements must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before any additional work commences.

- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kuwait City, State of Kuwait, in accordance with Kuwaiti civil and commercial law.
