3. Qualifications of the Social WorkerThe Social Worker assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Social Work (BSSW) degree from a recognized institution in Myanmar or an equivalent international qualification. For senior-level engagements, a Master of Social Work (MSW) is required. The Social Worker must be registered with the Myanmar Social Work Association and possess a valid professional license issued by the relevant Myanmar Yangon regional authority. Prior experience in community-based social work, child protection, elderly care, or disability inclusion within the Myanmar Yangon context is strongly preferred. Fluency in Burmese is mandatory; working proficiency in English is required for reporting purposes.
4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 50% payable monthly in arrears within fifteen (15) days of each month's service delivery.
- The Social Worker shall adhere to the Myanmar Social Work Code of Ethics and all applicable laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including data protection and confidentiality regulations.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be payable in full.
- All case files, client records, and documentation generated by the Social Worker remain the property of the client organization. The Social Worker shall not disclose any confidential information without written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which, the Yangon Regional Court shall have jurisdiction.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Social Worker services in Myanmar Yangon and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
