This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Auckland Community Wellbeing Services Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional Social Worker services to be delivered within the New Zealand Auckland metropolitan region. Scope of ServicesThe following Social Worker services are proposed for delivery across the New Zealand Auckland area, encompassing both urban and suburban communities. Our registered Social Workers hold current accreditation through the Social Workers Registration Board (SWRB) of New Zealand and operate in full compliance with the Health and Disability Commissioner's Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights, as well as the Privacy Act 2020.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate may be required to reflect any changes in the Social Worker's fee schedule or applicable New Zealand Auckland regional cost adjustments.
- All Social Worker services described in this Quotation Estimate will be delivered by practitioners who are currently registered with the Social Workers Registration Board (SWRB) of New Zealand and hold valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of NZD $5,000,000.
- Payment terms: A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Social Worker's availability. The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) days of service completion, or as otherwise agreed in a separate Service Agreement.
- Cancellations: The client must provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' written notice to cancel or reschedule a Social Worker session. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled session rate.
- Confidentiality: All information shared during the engagement will be handled in strict accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand) and the professional ethical standards of the Social Workers Registration Board. Records will be stored securely in the New Zealand Auckland office or on encrypted digital platforms compliant with NZ data sovereignty requirements.
- Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers the services explicitly listed above. Any additional Social Worker interventions, extended case management, or specialist referrals beyond the stated scope will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement of the additional work.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this engagement will be resolved in accordance with the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal Act 1945 or, where applicable, through the Social Workers Registration Board's complaints process.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be provided via email, signed copy, or through our online client portal.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Social Worker services in New Zealand Auckland and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. The Social Worker services will commence on the agreed start date following receipt of the initial deposit.
