The Social Worker assigned to this engagement holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Victoria University of Wellington, is a full member of the New Zealand Association of Social Workers (NZASW), and is registered with the relevant professional body. The Social Worker has a minimum of eight years of experience delivering community-based interventions in New Zealand Wellington, with specialisations in family support, mental health, cultural safety (including Māori and Pacific Islander communities), and trauma-informed practice. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision due to changes in operational costs within New Zealand Wellington.
All services will be delivered by a qualified and registered Social Worker in compliance with New Zealand professional standards and the Social Work Act 2013.
The Social Worker will maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Client records will be stored securely in accordance with professional retention policies.
Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and additional cost estimate.
Cancellations of scheduled sessions must be provided with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
All payments are due in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via bank transfer to the account details provided upon acceptance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes. The Social Worker will apply best professional practice and evidence-based interventions appropriate to the client's circumstances in New Zealand Wellington.
Disputes arising from this engagement will be resolved in accordance with the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Wellington, New Zealand.
The Social Worker reserves the right to refer the client to other specialist services if the presenting needs fall outside the scope of social work practice.
