The scope of the Social Worker's responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, prices may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Peru Lima.
- Payment terms: 50% upon contract signing and 50% upon completion of the six-month milestone. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Peruvian tax regulations (SUNAT).
- The Social Worker assigned to this project must comply with all labor regulations established by the Peruvian Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, including mandatory contributions to EsSalud and the pension system (ONP or AFP).
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional districts within Peru Lima, or modifications to the intervention plan will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate approved in writing by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All beneficiary data handled by the Social Worker shall be protected under Peruvian Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law) and the ethical code of the Colegio de Trabajadores Sociales del Perú.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Lima region, may suspend service delivery without penalty to either party.
