• Documentation, reporting, and compliance auditing in alignment with the requirements of the Moscow City Social Protection Department.

1. This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by the authorized representative of the Moscow City Administration and countersigned by the service provider.
2. All pricing is denominated in Russian Rubles (RUB) and is subject to the prevailing VAT rate of 20% as stipulated by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
3. The Social Worker assigned to this contract must hold a valid state accreditation issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and a current professional license for social work practice in the Moscow region.
4. Payment shall be made in quarterly installments within fifteen (15) business days of invoice submission, via bank transfer to the account designated in the service agreement. The bank account shall be registered with a licensed financial institution operating in Russia Moscow.
5. Any scope modification exceeding 10% of the total Quotation Estimate value requires a formal amendment signed by both parties and, where applicable, approval from the Moscow City Procurement Committee.
6. The service provider shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 RUB, valid throughout the contract term and compliant with Russian insurance regulations.
7. All client data collected by the Social Worker shall be processed in strict accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and stored on servers physically located within the Russian Federation.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes. Service delivery shall be governed by the principles of the Moscow City Social Services Charter.
9. In the event of force majeure as defined under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, either party may suspend obligations without penalty, provided written notice is given within five (5) business days.
