The Social Worker to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate will operate in full compliance with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) of Saudi Arabia and the Social Development Authority (SDA). The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Community Assessment & Needs Analysis: Conducting thorough social assessments of families, individuals, and community groups in the Jeddah metropolitan area to identify vulnerabilities, resource gaps, and intervention requirements.
• Counseling & Case Management: Providing one-on-one and group counseling sessions, managing active caseloads, and developing individualized care plans for clients in need of psychosocial support.
• Family & Child Welfare Services: Monitoring family dynamics, ensuring child protection standards are met, and coordinating with relevant Saudi government agencies in Jeddah for at-risk families.
• Referral & Coordination: Facilitating referrals to healthcare providers, educational institutions, legal aid services, and other social support networks available in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• Program Development & Implementation: Designing, executing, and evaluating community-based social programs aligned with the Vision 2030 social development objectives.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

• Advance Payment: 25% of the Grand Total (SAR 155,000.50) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Quarterly Installments: The remaining balance shall be paid in four equal quarterly installments of SAR 116,250.38 each, due on the 5th business day of each quarter.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer to the service provider's designated account in Saudi Arabia. All payments are subject to applicable Saudi tax regulations.
• Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month shall apply to any overdue invoices beyond a 10-business-day grace period.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the Social Worker may be subject to revision.
2. The Social Worker engaged under this agreement shall hold a valid license issued by the Saudi Social Development Authority and possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in community-based social work.
3. All services shall be performed in accordance with Saudi Arabian law, the Labor Law of the Kingdom, and the ethical code of conduct for social workers as defined by the SDA.
4. Confidentiality of all client information is strictly maintained in compliance with Saudi data protection regulations. No client records shall be disclosed without written consent or legal compulsion.
5. The service provider reserves the right to substitute the assigned Social Worker with a qualified equivalent in the event of prolonged absence, illness, or termination, provided prior written notice is given to the client.
6. Any changes to the scope of services beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a formal amendment signed by both parties.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document.
8. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
