The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a registered practitioner holding a valid Social Worker registration with the Social Service Singapore (SSS) and shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in community-based social work within Singapore Singapore. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Assessment & Case Management: Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and community groups referred by the client organisation. The Social Worker shall develop individualised care plans and coordinate multi-agency interventions across the Singapore Singapore social service ecosystem.
• Counselling & Therapeutic Support: Providing one-on-one and group counselling sessions using evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing, tailored to the cultural and linguistic context of Singapore Singapore.
• Community Outreach & Advocacy: Designing and implementing community-based outreach programmes, conducting needs assessments in residential areas across Singapore Singapore, and advocating for vulnerable populations including the elderly, children at risk, and persons with disabilities.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Community Care Pte. Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows: a 30% advance payment (SGD 19,750.80) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% (SGD 26,334.40) payable at the midpoint of the engagement period (Month 6); and the remaining 30% (SGD 19,750.80) payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the final service delivery and submission of the concluding report. All payments are due in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to the standard 30-day credit terms from the date of invoice issuance.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
• The Social Worker assigned under this engagement shall adhere to the Code of Ethics for Social Workers as promulgated by the Social Service Singapore and shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore Singapore.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary Quotation Estimate approved by both parties.

• Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies declared by the Singapore Singapore government, shall be grounds for temporary suspension of services without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre, and failing that, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
