1. Scope of Social Worker ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Cape Town Integrated Social Work Services (Pty) Ltd to provide comprehensive, professional Social Worker services within the greater South Africa Cape Town metropolitan area. The Social Worker engaged under this quotation shall be a registered professional with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) and shall deliver interventions in accordance with the Social Services Act (Act No. 8 of 2000) and all applicable Western Cape provincial regulations.
The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: individual and family counselling; community-based intervention programmes; child welfare assessments and case management; substance abuse support and referral; domestic violence response and safety planning; elderly care coordination; school-based social work programmes; and crisis intervention services. All services shall be delivered in alignment with the values and principles of the South African Constitution, with particular attention to the rights of vulnerable populations in the Cape Town region.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Thereafter, rates may be subject to revision in line with the South African Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by Statistics South Africa.
3.2 All Social Worker services shall be rendered in compliance with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) Code of Ethics and the Social Services Act (Act No. 8 of 2000). The Social Worker shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance throughout the engagement period.
3.3 Payment terms: Monthly invoices shall be issued on the first business day of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the service provider's designated bank account in South Africa.
3.4 The client may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services already rendered shall apply as per this Quotation Estimate.
3.5 All client records, case files, and personal information handled by the Social Worker shall be protected in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act No. 4 of 2013, as applicable in South Africa.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be confirmed via signed copy of this document or a formal letter of award.
3.7 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00) for the Social Worker. After-hours, weekend, or public holiday services (excluding the 24/7 crisis line) will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate. All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of the Social Worker's professional registration fees with SACSSP. 4. Acceptance and AuthorisationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Social Worker services in South Africa Cape Town and confirms acceptance of the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
