This Quotation Estimate assumes the deployment of a multidisciplinary Social Worker team based in Spain Madrid, comprising one Senior Social Worker (team lead), three qualified Social Worker practitioners, two assistant Social Worker professionals, and one administrative coordinator. 4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. 4.2 Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, payable within thirty (30) days of receipt. 4.3 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the Social Worker service engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, all Social Worker services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
4.4 Confidentiality: All Social Worker professionals engaged under this Quotation Estimate are bound by the Spanish Data Protection Regulation (LOPDGDD 3/2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Client information, case files, and intervention records pertaining to individuals in Spain Madrid shall be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
4.5 Professional Liability: Madrid Social Services Consultancy S.L. maintains professional indemnity insurance covering all Social Worker services rendered in Spain Madrid, with a minimum coverage of 600,000 EUR per claim. A certificate of insurance shall be provided upon request.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the Social Worker services described herein shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
