4. Terms and Conditions of the Quotation Estimate
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on the current minimum wage (SMI) in Spain and the collective bargaining agreements applicable to social workers in the Valencian Community.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued on a monthly basis and are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt via direct bank transfer to the account designated by the Social Worker's professional entity.
