Payment for the Social Worker services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three equal installments: 40% upon contract signing and commencement of services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, 30% upon completion of the mid-term progress review, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all reports and program outputs. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Community Care & Development Services Ltd. at CRDB Bank, Dar es Salaam Branch, Account No. 0012-3456-7890. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Tanzanian commercial law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Social Worker services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam may be subject to revision based on market conditions and regulatory changes.
All Social Worker professionals engaged under this contract shall hold valid registration with the Tanzania Social Welfare Board and possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field from a recognized institution in Tanzania or abroad.
The Social Worker team shall adhere to the Code of Ethics for Social Workers as established by the Tanzania Social Welfare Board and the International Federation of Social Workers (IFSW).

This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorized representative of Community Care & Development Services Ltd.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Tanzania, with the seat of arbitration in Dar es Salaam.
