The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following professional services in Thailand Bangkok:

The Social Worker assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (B.S.W.) from a Thai university accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, or an equivalent internationally recognized qualification. The Social Worker must be a registered member of the Thai Social Workers Association and possess a valid professional license issued by the MSDHS. A minimum of five (5) years of direct practice experience in Thailand Bangkok community settings is required. Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account of Bangkok Community Welfare Services Co., Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 30% advance payment upon acceptance and signing of this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Service Agreement.
• Monthly invoices issued on the 1st of each calendar month, payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
• Final settlement of any remaining balance within fifteen (15) days of the completion of the 12-month engagement period.

Late payments shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Thai commercial law. All fees quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of VAT, which shall be added at the prevailing rate of 7%.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
• The Social Worker shall adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Thai Social Workers Association and maintain strict client confidentiality as mandated by Thai data protection law (PDPA B.E. 2562 / 2019).
• Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
• The Social Worker shall not be engaged in any activity that conflicts with the client's interests or that violates Thai law, including but not limited to the Child Protection Act and the Domestic Violence Prevention Act.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting Service Agreement shall be resolved through mediation under the auspices of the Bangkok Arbitration Institute before any litigation is commenced in the courts of Thailand Bangkok.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement incorporating all terms herein.
