- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal and does not constitute a contractual obligation until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
- The Social Worker services described herein shall be performed in full compliance with the Turkish Social Services and Child Protection Law (Law No. 5395), the Turkish Civil Code, and all applicable regulations of the Ankara Provincial Directorate of Social Services.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% upon completion of the first month of services; 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all reports in Turkey Ankara.
- The client shall provide a suitable, private workspace for the Social Worker at the designated location in Ankara, including necessary furniture, internet access, and secure storage for case documentation.
- Confidentiality: All client information, case records, and personal data handled by the Social Worker shall be protected in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK - Law No. 6698). No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Quotation Estimate to confirm current pricing and availability of the Social Worker in Turkey Ankara.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts and arbitration centers in Ankara, Turkey.
