1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Social Worker services may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Uganda Kampala.
2. Payment shall be made in monthly instalments within fourteen (14) days of receipt of an approved invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Uganda's Public Finance Management Act.
3. The Social Worker assigned to this engagement shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from a recognised institution in Uganda and shall be registered with the Uganda Social Workers Association (USWA).
4. The client reserves the right to request a replacement of the Social Worker with reasonable notice of fourteen (14) days should performance not meet the agreed service-level indicators.
5. All data collected by the Social Worker during field operations in Uganda Kampala shall be handled in strict accordance with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and incorporated into a signed service-level agreement.
7. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
