The Social Worker will operate within the jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi and shall adhere to all federal and emirate-level regulations governing social welfare practice, child protection protocols, and family support interventions.

All invoices shall reference the Quotation Estimate number QE-AD-2025-0387 for reconciliation purposes.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision due to market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or currency adjustments within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi labour market.
• The Social Worker shall be bound by the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations and all applicable Abu Dhabi municipal and community development bylaws.
• Confidentiality of all client case files, family records, and personal data handled by the Social Worker shall be maintained in strict compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the remaining balance of this Quotation Estimate.
