Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: a 40% advance payment (AED 21,294.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. The remaining 60% (AED 31,941.00) shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments of AED 15,970.50, due on the 5th of the second and third months of service delivery. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account of Al Noor Community Services LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Social Worker are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a valid professional licence issued by the relevant UAE regulatory authority and maintains full professional indemnity insurance coverage of no less than AED 2,000,000.
- All services shall be delivered in strict compliance with the United Arab Emirates Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 on Social Welfare and the Dubai-specific social work practice guidelines.
- Client confidentiality is paramount. All case records, session notes, and personal data shall be handled in accordance with the UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, except where mandated by law.
