This Quotation Estimate is issued by Birmingham Community Care Services Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised financial estimate for the provision of qualified Social Worker services within the United Kingdom Birmingham area. This Quotation Estimate assumes a Social Worker team comprising: one Lead Social Worker (qualified with a BSW or equivalent, registered with Social Work England), four qualified Social Workers (each holding a degree in Social Work and registered with Social Work England), two Social Work Assistants, and one Team Supervisor. All Social Worker staff will hold enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks, valid right-to-work documentation for the United Kingdom, and current professional indemnity insurance. The Social Worker team will be based in a dedicated office in the city centre of Birmingham, United Kingdom, ensuring rapid response times across the metropolitan area.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Contract Duration: The services described in this Quotation Estimate are proposed for a twelve (12) month period, commencing on the date of contract execution, with an option to renew for a further twelve (12) months subject to mutual agreement.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection: All Social Worker staff will comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. All case records relating to service users in United Kingdom Birmingham will be stored securely and in accordance with Caldicott Principles.
- Regulatory Compliance: Birmingham Community Care Services Ltd. is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all Social Worker practitioners are registered with Social Work England. The Social Worker team will adhere to the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) Code of Conduct and all statutory guidance issued by the Department for Education and the Department of Health and Social Care.
- Insurance: The Social Worker team will maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 per claim and public liability insurance of no less than £10,000,000 throughout the contract period.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Birmingham, United Kingdom, before any legal proceedings are initiated. The governing law shall be that of England and Wales.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government directives, or public health emergencies affecting the United Kingdom.
By signing below, the authorised representative of Birmingham City Council confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Birmingham Community Care Services Ltd. to commence the provision of Social Worker services as described herein.
