3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client require a revised Quotation Estimate beyond this period, all rates shall be subject to renegotiation based on prevailing market conditions for Social Worker services in the United Kingdom Manchester area.
3.2 Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued on a monthly basis in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via BACS transfer to the account details provided on each invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3.3 Service Delivery: All Social Worker services shall be delivered in strict compliance with the United Kingdom Manchester local authority’s service level agreements, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration requirements, and the relevant statutory frameworks. The Social Worker team shall maintain a minimum caseload ratio of 1:12 for adult safeguarding and 1:15 for children’s services, as stipulated by the United Kingdom Manchester Adult Social Care Strategy 2025–2030.
3.4 Confidentiality and Data Protection: All client information handled by the Social Worker team shall be processed in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 3.5 Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a minimum of sixty (60) days’ written notice. 3.6 Insurance and Indemnity: The service provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 per claim and public liability insurance of no less than £10,000,000 throughout the duration of the contract. Certificates of insurance shall be provided upon request.
3.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the United Kingdom Manchester Commercial Mediation Centre guidelines before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is a financial projection and does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
