The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following measurable outcomes within the Uzbekistan Tashkent service area over the twelve-month contract period:
- Direct case management for a minimum of 150 vulnerable individuals and families per year, including orphans, elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and at-risk youth.
- Conduct no fewer than 24 community outreach sessions across all 12 districts of Tashkent city, in coordination with local mahalla (neighborhood) committees.
- Prepare and submit monthly activity reports, quarterly impact assessments, and an annual comprehensive report to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection.
