The Social Worker assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution in Vietnam or an internationally recognized equivalent. The candidate must possess a valid professional registration with the relevant authority in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of direct practice experience in community-based social work. • Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
• Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments (25% per quarter) within fifteen (15) business days of receiving the corresponding invoice. The first installment is due upon contract signing.
• Commencement: Services shall commence within ten (10) business days of full receipt of the first installment and formal contract execution by both parties.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
• Confidentiality: The Social Worker and all supporting staff shall adhere to strict confidentiality protocols in compliance with Vietnam's Law on Protection of Personal Data and the ethical code of the Vietnam Association of Social Workers.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
