- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to exchange rate fluctuations in the Zimbabwean market or changes in operational costs in Harare.
- Payment Terms: A 30% advance payment of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within fourteen (14) days of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe rate.
- Commencement: The Social Worker engagement shall commence within ten (10) working days of receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from the client.
- Professional Standards: The assigned Social Worker shall be a registered member of the Zimbabwe Association of Social Workers (ZASW) and shall adhere to the Zimbabwe Code of Ethics for Social Workers, the Children's Act [Chapter 5:08], and the Domestic Violence Act [Chapter 10:12].
- Confidentiality: All client records, case files, and personal data handled by the Social Worker in Zimbabwe Harare shall be treated in strict confidence in accordance with the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act [Chapter 10:27].
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions in Zimbabwe.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].
