The Software Engineer assigned under this Quotation Estimate will be a senior-level professional with a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and enterprise application design. The Software Engineer will be physically stationed at the client's office in Bangladesh Dhaka during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and will report directly to the client's Chief Technology Officer. The scope of work for the Software Engineer includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:
- Design, development, and deployment of web-based and mobile application modules.
- Architecture design and implementation of microservices-based backend systems.
- Database design, optimization, and migration services (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server).
- API development, integration, and third-party service connectivity.
- Code review, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Agile sprint planning, stand-up participation, and sprint retrospective facilitation.
- Performance tuning, security auditing, and vulnerability patching.
- Mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers within the client's Bangladesh Dhaka team.

As per this Quotation Estimate, the client shall make payment in the following installments: (a) 30% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement; (b) 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of the Software Engineer's engagement; and (c) the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month term and final acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of TechNova Solutions Ltd., Bangladesh Dhaka. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in the Bangladesh Dhaka IT sector.
- The Software Engineer assigned under this engagement is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property (IP) transfer clause, ensuring all code, designs, and documentation developed during the contract period become the exclusive property of the client.
- Any scope change or additional requirement beyond the deliverables listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before work commences.
- TechNova Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Software Engineer with a professional of equal or higher competency, provided at least fourteen (14) days' prior written notice is given to the client.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001.
- The client is responsible for providing a suitable workstation, internet connectivity, and necessary access credentials at the Bangladesh Dhaka office location where the Software Engineer will be stationed.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the commercial contract.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the Software Engineer engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka. This acceptance does not obligate either party to enter into a formal contract until the definitive agreement is executed.
