In accordance with this Quotation Estimate, the client agrees to the following payment milestones for the Software Engineer engagement in China Guangzhou:

- The Software Engineer shall be subject to the client's internal policies, code of conduct, and confidentiality agreements upon commencement of duties in China Guangzhou.

- Intellectual property developed by the Software Engineer during the engagement period shall belong exclusively to the client, as stipulated in a separate IP assignment agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of the Software Engineer's performance. A 90-day probationary period applies, during which either party may terminate without penalty.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration at the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in accordance with the PRC Arbitration Law.
