4.1 – A mobilization advance of 30% (USD 13,950.00) shall be due within 10 business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
4.2 – Monthly progress payments of 20% (USD 9,300.00) shall be invoiced at the end of each calendar month upon delivery of agreed milestones.
4.3 – The final balance of 10% (USD 4,650.00) shall be due upon successful completion, acceptance, and sign-off of all deliverables by the client in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
4.4 – All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of ProTech Solutions Africa Ltd., Bank of the Congo (BCC), Kinshasa branch. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month.
5.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in the DR Congo.
5.2 – The Software Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall comply with all labor laws, work permits, and immigration regulations of the DR Congo. The client shall assist in obtaining any necessary work authorization for foreign nationals.
5.3 – All intellectual property developed under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. ProTech Solutions Africa Ltd. retains the right to use generic methodologies and frameworks in future projects.
5.4 – Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Kinshasa, DR Congo, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
5.5 – Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
5.6 – The Software Engineer shall adhere to a standard working week of 40 hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 CAT). Overtime beyond 50 hours per week shall be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
