Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four (4) equal installments of 54,600.00 EUR (including TVA), due at the following milestones: (i) upon contract signature; (ii) upon completion of the design and backend development phase; (iii) upon successful user acceptance testing in France Paris; and (iv) upon final go-live and handover. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt by bank transfer to the account details provided by TechBridge Solutions SARL. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- The Software Engineer will work a standard 35-hour week in accordance with French labor law (Code du travail). Overtime, if required, will be compensated at 1.5x the hourly rate and must be pre-approved in writing by the client.
- All intellectual property created specifically for the client under this engagement in France Paris shall vest in the client upon full payment, as stipulated in the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).

- The Software Engineer is an employee of TechBridge Solutions SARL and is not an agent or representative of the client. The client assumes no employer liability for the Software Engineer.
