This Quotation Estimate is issued by Alpine Digital Solutions GmbH to provide a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Software Engineer to support the client's ongoing digital transformation initiative. The services described herein will be delivered on-site and remotely within the metropolitan area of Germany Munich, in full compliance with German labour law, data protection regulations (GDPR), and the client's internal security policies. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive service agreement.
The Software Engineer will be embedded within the client's development team in Germany Munich for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on the agreed start date. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: architecture design and code review for the client's enterprise microservices platform; development and maintenance of RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript; implementation of CI/CD pipelines on AWS and Azure infrastructure; participation in agile sprint ceremonies (Scrum) held at the client's Munich office; and provision of technical mentorship to junior developers. The Software Engineer will work a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid arrangement of three days on-site in Germany Munich and two days remote.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis in arrears. Invoices will be issued on the last working day of each calendar month and are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via SEPA bank transfer to the account of Alpine Digital Solutions GmbH, IBAN DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC COBADEFFXXX. A late-payment interest of 8% above the European Central Bank reference rate will apply to overdue amounts in accordance with German commercial law (HGB §288). The client may request a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate should the engagement period be shortened by mutual written agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates and availability of the Software Engineer may be subject to revision.
- The Software Engineer assigned to this project will be a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in enterprise software development, with demonstrated expertise in cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
- All work performed in Germany Munich will comply with the German Works Constitution Act (BetrVG), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- The client shall provide a suitable workstation, software licences, and secure network access at the Germany Munich office location. Any additional hardware or software costs beyond the standard setup will be billed separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- Intellectual property developed during the engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Software Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated lockdowns affecting Germany Munich, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive court of jurisdiction shall be the Regional Court (Landgericht) of Munich.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Software Engineer in Germany Munich. This signature converts the Quotation Estimate into a binding service order, subject to the execution of the full master service agreement.
